  • Hands-on management of the ITSM area and 2nd level customer support
  • Responsibility for the IT service management process (ITSM) and continuous optimisation of service quality
  • Promotion of new technologies and best practices to optimise internal tools and software development environments
  • Ensuring a high level of innovation for internal development services – continuous improvement of build pipelines, development tools, test environments and automation processes
  • Management of the development infrastructure (VMs, DBs, OKD resources, managed services)
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the production infrastructure (monitoring, logging, etc.)
  • Managing 24/7 customer support, including cost monitoring and performance optimisation
  • Collaborating with other IT departments, in particular with IT security, basic infrastructure and software development
