Your tasks with us:
- In international software projects, you are the interface between customers and the development teamYou analyse the end customer’s business processes and identify potential for digitalisationYou collect, structure, document and manage requirements together with contact persons and coordinate them with stakeholders and project managementYou hold workshops, create specifications and concepts and support the development team internally in the evaluation, design and implementation of software solutions
Now to you:
You have a relevant education and several years of experience in requirements and business analysis.Ideally an additional qualification in requirements engineering / business analysis (e.g. IREB, CFLBA)Methodological expertise and experience with RE models/tools (e.g. UML 2, BPMN, Volere)Experience with standard tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence. Enterprise Architect knowledge is an advantageVery good knowledge of German and English, as you will act as a liaison between German-speaking customers and the international development team

Our employees are our greatest asset. Therefore, individual, market-compliant salary models are very important to us. We are offering an annual gross salary from € 60,000 for this full-time position of 40 hours/week. Our willingness to pay above this rate is a given and depends on your individual qualifications and experience.
