As a Software Test Lead, you will take on the technical and organizational responsibility for our test team (Testing Community Lead) and play a key role in the further development of our test processes as well as test automation.

Your tasks with us:

Technical leadership of the Testing Community, including coaching, mentoring, and supporting tester colleagues and community team members
Building, maintaining, and further developing test strategies, test processes, and automation frameworks for all testing activities
Creating and maintaining test cases and test plans, as well as defect management (e.g., Jira) in software projects
Automating test cases
Independently performing software tests
Documenting test results
Issue tracking (Jira)
Close collaboration with product management, project management, and development teams to ensure high software quality

Now to you:

Technical education (HTL, FH, university) or equivalent qualification

Several years of experience in software testing, ideally with initial leadership tasks or team coordination

Solid knowledge in test automation (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) and willingness to continuously develop

Good knowledge of a programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) as well as basic database/SQL skills

Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and agile methodologies

Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Analytical way of working, sense of responsibility, and genuine interest in high-quality solutions

Team-oriented personality with a passion for helping others grow
