Your tasks with us:

Technical ownership of defined areas of our infrastructure: you decide how we build things – and ensure they run reliably
Design and further development of our Linux-based server and platform landscape (on-premises and hybrid cloud)
Build and maintain automation solutions using Ansible – you prefer automating tasks over repeating manual work
Contribute to architectural decisions in the areas of virtualization (Proxmox VE), storage (Ceph), and networking
Establish and continuously improve hardening, monitoring, and patch management concepts
Close collaboration with our software development teams – you understand developers’ needs and build the platform their products run on
Analyze and sustainably resolve complex incidents

Now to you:

Several years of experience in Linux server administration in complex, production environments (Red Hat, Debian, or Ubuntu – you’re familiar with all of them)

Strong understanding of networking technologies: routing, firewalling, VPN, DNS

Hands-on automation experience with Ansible and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)

Experience with virtualization and storage (ideally Proxmox VE and/or Ceph)

Experience in security / system hardening and stable operations processes

Ability to clearly document and communicate technical concepts – in both German and English
