You have relevant education (university, university of applied sciences, or technical college)

Several years of experience in requirements analysis and management of complex individual software projects

Ideally, you have additional qualifications/certification in requirements engineering (e.g., IREB CPRE)

Methodological competence and experience in the practical application of RE methodologies/tools, e.g., UML 2, BPMN, Volere

Experience with standard tools: Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect is advantageous

Comfortable in communicating within the team or with customers

German and English skills that leave nothing to be desired for

You love to structure complex issues and express them clearly in both oral and written form

Additionally, you should have analytical skills, work independently, take an interest in the challenges of our customers, and be a team player
